Introduction to Sets Operations on Sets Venn Diagrams

Quick Facts

Lesson: 11: Sets
Topic: Introduction to Sets
Domain: Sets

A set is a collection with a rule so clear that nobody could disagree about what belongs to it.

Study Tip

Sharpen the rule before you write anything else. If two sensible people could disagree about a borderline case, it is not a set yet.
