MethodIn the morning when there is sunshine, sit with a small mirror at the window of a room that light comes into. Place the mirror at the edge of the window so that the light coming into the room falls on it. Once the sunlight is falling on the mirror, turn the mirror to the left and to the right.
Then discussThree questions. Which part of the mirror is sending the light back, the front or the back? Can the dial of a watch or the screen of a mobile phone send light back the way a mirror does, or not? And if a copybook or a book is used instead of the mirror, will it send light back like a mirror or not? Do the experiment and draw a conclusion.
